Best time of day to take plaquenil

Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. I have to take 2 pills a day, 5 days a week (400mg/day). I had tried breakfast and before bed but breakfast I didn't have enough in my stomach and dinner, I'd forget and take it right at bed when my stomach was a little too empty.

Take this medicine before a meal and for the full time of treatment, even if you begin to feel better after a few days. If you are taking this medicine to treat an ulcer that is associated with an H. pylori infection, take it together with the antibiotics eg, amoxicillin, clarithromycin at the same time of day. To use the delayed-release capsule I have just been reading that plaquenil can cause insomnia and nightmares which I suffer with. I take my plaquenil with my evening meal. When is the best time to take it? Would it be best in the morning? I also take in the morning thyroxine, omeprazole and co-codamol, would it interfere with any of those if I took it in the morning instead of. My question is for those that have taken Plaquenil/Hydroxychloroquine. How long did it take for it to remove symptoms in your personal experience? I know I've read it can take up to 6 months but what I'm wondering is, do you just wake up one day and find it's kicked in 6 months down the road or more likely, it starts to work slowly over 6 months?

I’m thinking I’ll take them both together before bed. TIAI took them with breakfast but the first 6 weeks I suffered from extreme nausea as a side effect. I work overnights, so I take it before i go to work, then by the time I get home I am able to sleep ok. Rheumy says I can take them together or separately anytime I want. Hope that you won't suffer from the side effects. I have found that for me i can't take my Plaquenil before bed as it makes me anxious and makes it difficult to sleep.
