UCTD feedback lupus UCTD is my diagnosis. I was diagnosed about 20 years ago. I had a positive ANA and dsDNA. I was put on Plaquenil. My disease remained mild and very stable. I would sometimes get mild flares, but nothing too serious. Over the last 5 years or so, I very gradually titrated down my dosage of Plaquenil.
